John you’ve been known to correct others here so I figure I should be entitled to the same liberty.

Anyway, I agree with your statement about the lack of reserve capacity prior to RVIA implementing that requirement. We can only hope that it will reduce the frequency of complaints about “China Bomb” tires installed by the factories.
