Two possible solutions for this scenario:
1. BETTER: Run an HDMI cable from the entertainment center (or wherever the satellite receiver is) to each remote TV. If you want to watch more than one tv at the same time, you'd need a powered HDMI splitter. We don't, so I just hook up the HDMI cable for whichever tv we're watching at the moment.
2. EASIER: Assuming you already have cable/antenna coax hookups for remote tv's, run an extra "return" coax line from the satellite receiver location to the external cable hookup (typically in the convenience center), then hook the satellite
receiver coax
output (aka the ch 3/4 modulated signal) to the cable input.
