Not sure of the torque or what year model your rv is. Before just torqueing the bolts check the bushings, in 5-6k miles the plastic bushings were worn out & the bolt holes in the shackles were elongated. Replaced with the MorRyde heavy shackles & wet bolt kit that came with all new bronze bushings. The wet bolts were shoulder bolts so you couldn't over tighten them, they just bottomed out.
