Clunking means something is moving... Period. As I said I really wish I knew someone I trusted to drive my rig around and I'd get in the back and know without a doubt where the movement is taking place. Anyone Close to Dayton wanna take me up on that?
And I am not trashing Andersen, All I am saying is if I wanted a solid connection I would have purchased that. If these shock absorbing pinboxes did no good they would not be in such wide use. I watched endless videos about the Andersen rail mount system and they brag and go on about their product. BUT no where did I see it mentioned it did not work well with pivoting or bag pinboxes. THAT I do blame Andersen for.

I didn’t say weight issue, I said weight DISTRIBUTION issue. Without regard to the tow vehicle, there could be a weight distribution issue in the camper. Too much or too little pin weight can aggravate chucking.
