Aren't they all "ground" camels? But....a
camel pasty?? I don't want a camel anything I don't think. Now elk or gator....different story. Hope the Cajun alligator is better than the Cajun I just got in our little town. A new restaurant "Texas Cajun" opened so we decided to give it a try. We're a long way from anything remotely fresh when it comes to fish so thought Cajun catfish would be a safe choice. I don't know what part of Cajun they were cooking but it was bad. I did however ingest enough garlic to ward off vampires for the next 10 years.
