I'm curious what dealer you got it from. Here's why:
1. Sounds like there was no PDI (pre-delivery inspection) by them or with you. That is unconscionable.
2. They should have a competent service department to get your AC going. It's not rocket science.
3. They should be fighting with Keystone to get the steps or an explanation as to why they are not there. That is their job in all this.
4. If there was a blow out as suspected by comments above, then it is their responsibility to file a claim on it and return it to new condition before it leaves the lot. There is NO way for them to skirt this issue.
5. The lights by the door, if in a series of 3, are left to right, kitchen, bedroom, and awning. The awning has to be out to see them.
