Torque values are expressed for dry threads.
I'm betting you have 1/2" lugs. Take a nut off and go to an auto parts store and have them check what size wheel stud the nut fits.
Then go to Harbor Freight and get a $20 1/2" drive torque wrench with a socket to fit your lug nut. I prefer 6 point sockets. Always back the torque wrench down to zero pounds or less when storing after use.
