We’ve used COE campground North Bend Park in Virginia many times. It’s an excellent campground, well maintained with lots of amenities. Prices are very reasonable and no problem accommodating a 39ft 5er. The web page has a warning to contact the campground prior to arrival. If the campground is not staffed during the shutdown, they will not honor reservations and you may find someone already set up on your site. The park is normally beautifully maintained, but don’t know what you’ll find during the shutdown.
