With a site like that, I generally back the tires up on double 2x8 blocks to keep some of the load on the tires. Even so, your strut extension is about max. I have had sites that are too out of level to safely use. If you had two more 4x4's and blocks under the wheels, I'd say you're ok. Level Up will tell you if it tries to over extend.
