On our Cougar, the pump is mounted in the bottom of a cabinet above the fresh water tank. There should be a removable luan panel held in place by a couple of Robertson screws. If you can hear it, you are half-way there. Hopefully, someone with your exact model will respond. It will be mounted on the floor close to the tank.
