No, no, no! Y'all have got this all wrong. From this moment on SHE is the tech for all things problematic. Slide won't slide? Call HER. Freezer won't freeze? Call HER. Leaves you to worry about stocking cold adult beverages and the like! Now, keep this in mind: If she doesn't gloat like you suspect then YOU are back to being the tech.
