First place I'd look is the glove box, there should be a plastic bag with a relay in it... This is the battery charge relay and most dealers forget to plug them in... if it isn't there you need to ask the dealer for it as it should be included with the tow package.

Your owner's manual should have a diagram showing the location of the block and the proper slot to plug the relay into.
