In March we will have the roof pressure washed again and scrubbed as necessary. We have a in park "Guy" that services a large number of units from cleaning to complete reseal and coating. I am not capable of doing roof top work so his services are apricated.


I’m in MD for the next 1.5 years. I wish we had someone close that would do that type of work here.
