Not sure where you are, we are in central Florida under a large Southern Live Oak Tree. This is our second season under this tree, Yes it is acorn time, January is the green sticky pollen and February is the brown droppings along with the new leaf's.

In March we will have the roof pressure washed again and scrubbed as necessary. We have a in park "Guy" that services a large number of units from cleaning to complete reseal and coating. I am not capable of doing roof top work so his services are apricated.
