While there are plenty of suggestions this one sounded like the least harmful to a TT roof. Others may have some different suggestions, but if you try this remedy do a small test patch to be sure it doesn't react negatively.

The whole thing is under the tree.
. Not sure why the one section is so bad. Is it safe to use a power washer on the roof?
