New Guy here and wanted to say this is an awesome site. I've spent 4 hours reading.
I've got a Cougar SRX 300 and use mine to carry my motorcycles. I race street and dirt. I use a Yamaha EF6300iSDE which I use for welding, so I can't afford to lose it.
I purchased a Motorcycle lock made by XENA that has a motion sensor in it, and will blast the most annoying sound if moved. I use the Kryptonite cable locked to my hitch, and it all sits in the bed of my truck. I've never had it go off, thankfully.
