The closing on our house is May 23rd-lived here for 17 years-from the day the contract was signed until closing will be 1 month exactly! Been having estate sale for the past 2 weekends (after the option period expired)-last one this weekend YAY! Bought the RAM last Saturday and will pick up the Alpine next Wednesday. Utilities are scheduled to be shut off. Have signed up for escapees and mail service and have found a RV resort to chill for a month and recuperate

So excited but...at times scared to death! Have I forgotten anything?
