All of the portable dishes (including the one you're looking at) are single LNB, which means they can only "see" one satellite at a time, the dish needs to rotate slightly to see a different satellite. DISH Network's programming is spread across 3 satellites.

You could hook 2 Wally's to that kind of dish, but they would both be limited to the channels on the satellite that the dish is currently pointing at.

The only options for a multi LNB dish are a free standing dish on a tripod that you would have to manually position (see RoscoeV's post), or the roof mounted Winegard Trav'ler, which is about $1200.
