We use a MasterLock Python Cable Lock. (Beefy bicycle cable lock) Either secure it to the bed of the truck through one of the tie downs, or to the bumper of the trailer. Either place, we run the cable through the framework of the generator. It's secured that way when in use and during the time we're in the campsite. If we leave, or at night when not being used, back in the bed of the truck, locked to the tie down, with the trifold bed cover closed... Out of sight/out of mind !!!
