Depends on how you feel about it, where you are camping, and what the campground owners have posted; but you might be able to drain some gray water off to the ground. If you have a separate garden hose for black tank flushing (and you should) you could hook that to your drain valve if you have a cap with a hose fitting. I wouldn't do that if you're parked next to a lake or a pristine trout stream though. Since they have a dump it would be best to use that.
