Normal operation for an RV furnace:
Fan starts, control board gets information that the fan is spinning fast enough.

Flame is applied and warm air is sent through ducting.

When "set temp" is reached, flame is shut off and fan runs for a prescribed period of time called "cool down".
"Fan" operation is for the fan in the AC unit on the roof.
