If you are close to the dealer go back and ask to look at the roofs of some other new campers. Then compare your notes (yours verses those). I have been on my roof twice a year since I bought it and mine doesn't look like that at the front cap. Dirty from being parked near some trees but not like that. That looks like a lot of dycor self leveling caulk.
