So last year the South Florida heat got me trying to figure ways to keep it cool inside. Adding secondary black-out curtains to the sliding glass door (Fuzion FZ420 w/side patio), non-windy days keeping awnings out for the morning to afternoon, etc. So one idea was adding reflection bubble foil to the large garage windows. I found at Lowe's it was not too expensive and the roll I got took care of all garage windows plus small curb side front bedroom window. Since that bedroom window faces East and the awning won't cover it. In the garage I needed 2 pcs side by side to fill such huge windows. So I used AC duct foil tape to seam them into 1pc. Had that foil tape left over from when I fixed the poor quality AC duct work issue in this RV.
Garage stays cooler but let's little light in.
Not sure if it's going to make a dramatic difference in the bedroom yet.
May add those Slow Rise brand shades in the large hallway window.
And the GF is making a black-out curtain for the useless heat magnifier (oval window) above the entry door.
