Your converter is located behind the louver vents in the electric panel that has your 120 volt breakers and 12 volt fuses. In the fuse panel, there will be some brown fuses off to one side that are reverse polarity fuses that protect the converter against the accidental wrong battery connections. If any of these are blown, your converter will not be operating properly. This is the link for the manual:
