As far as the ice cube video, his "experiment" is in the bed of his truck. I don't know of a trailer that rides down the road as "smooth" as that. Anybody that has put stuff in a trailer and found it on the other end can figure out these things have some bounce.

As can be seen, the fellow in the video wasn't using the proper design of prop for his experiment and so the results are for all intents and purposes invalid...
