Just got back from Texas, no problem with CDL. I don't believe I am over 26,000 lbs. Haven't weight it yet. The trailer is 18,000. dry. I wasn't hauling any utv's of 4-wheelers. Just clothes and such. Went through Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky and Ohio. Saw plenty of cops, nothing. I did have someone else tell me that it is where you live.
