That is probably the correct bolt pattern as it is the most common for 6 lug wheels. Clearance is a concern, did you go with a lower profile tire? For example if your 15" wheels were a 70 series you could probably fit a 65 series 16". There are tire calculators on line that compare diameters of different size tires.
