thats a great rate in new mexico!!i pay at least 10 times more than that in the keys,BUT ,hows the average temps ?lows ?i scraped ice from my windshield 3 times in fort myers last january!!thats why im headed to marathon.as far as koa goes,overpriced,overrated.the one in williams arizona was nice though.as others said the staff can make or break the place,attitude is everything
