Wow, best of luck on a timely repair or replacement.
This thread has cost Keystone a sale. I really like the cougar, it had what I was looking for, a TT with an integrated useful 2" receiver hitch for my ebikes. I am now pretty sold on the Jayco White Hawk or a Fifth wheel. They have tongue and groove plywood floors, and galvanized wheel liners that seal fairly well. I am sure they have other issues, but being a bigger guy, I want stiff floors. While the White Hawk does not have the 2" receiver, I have a friend who is an awesome welder that can beef up the frame and support brackets to the rear bumper and set me up.
