The Hideout trailer line is an "entry level" series of trailers. They are built with wood frames, aluminum siding, fewer amenities and less equipment. The purpose of marketing a "less expensive trailer" is to appeal to customers who either can not afford a more expensive trailer or those who can't "justify" the expense of a costlier RV.

Part of the designed in price containment is eliminating components that aren't "necessary" but rather are "nice to have items". Front stabilizer jacks is one of those items, electric tongue jack is another. Some others would be dual gray tanks, multiple roof vents, shower doors (rather than shower curtain), thicker cushions on dinettes and sofas, smaller TV and a radio with less features/speakers. Often things like windows that open, screens on windows, number of 110 VAC outlets, 12 volt outlets with USB plugs, window coverings, upholstery quality, mattress comfort, struts to hold the bed open to access the storage space, size of propane tanks are "changed to cheaper products" to keep the trailer price as low as possible.

In recent years, Keystone has faced some "kickback" from dealers with the Springdale and Hideout lines. Many dealers prefer a lower priced unit with fewer features, but Keystone has been "moving those two trailer lines" up in features like size of TV, interior "visible features" that cost more but also price shoppers out of the market. Our local Keystone dealer stopped carrying the Springdale when the "entry level price" went from $14K to $21K on the smallest fifth wheel in the line.

So, it's not surprising that your Hideout only has two stabilizer jacks. I'd also not be surprised to find that they are "the lightest duty jacks Lippert produces" rather than the heavier duty stabilizers, the type found on Keystone's Cougar line or on the Sprinter line.
