When the Irvine break and they will, their CS will send metal parts to replace the plastic at no charge. I had 3 under warranty and CW replaced the entire shade through Keystone. Just 5 more and replacement parts was easy. Part of the problem on longer shades was Keystone did not put all the support pieces supplied with the shade.
