I have in the past been able to put the O-ring back in place on one of these valves. Problem occurs at winterizing the water system. If you reach in there and push the little white part while the system is pressurized by the water pump, water(Pink Stuff) flows the wrong direction and unseats the O-ring. If you wan to get pink stuff into this line I would recommend having someone hold the valve open while the system is not pressurized and then turn the pump on for a few seconds. Chris
