2016 cougar xlt 26rls - fresh water tank drain valve
I don't have the same trailer, but, the fresh water tank drain on mine is at the left rear, poking out under the belly below the tank. The other drain valves (hot and other water system pipes) are poking out together, below where the WH is located, near the front right.
