You can sometimes find a few assorted Cougar decals on EBay. Do a search for RV Decal or Cougar Decal.
You can also find most of the original decals at Trekwood RV Parts

As an alternative, EBay sells sets of generic decals for trailers for about $150. You might find a set that closely resembles your OEM decals. There is an article in the December issue of Trailer Life about a couple who painted their Argosy (Steel Airstream) white and as they travel, they paint scenes that "inspire them" on the white surface. Sort of a "travelling mural" so to speak. That's an extreme, but you may find an idea that doesn't include OEM decals that you like better.
If you "go rogue" don't forget to post pictures of your creation. Heck, even if you just replace what's there, post your progress, problems and how you solved them. It'll surely help someone in the future.
