The floor is called dynaspan. It’s an 8x24’ sheet of marine grade OSB. Has a 25 year limited warranty. Limited being a key word.....if the soft spot is caused by water damage, it may not be covered. Water damage is not normally viewed as a flioor failure, it’s an owner failure for not properly maintaining the RV.
