Yep. We had that delightful sulfur smell in it for the first time this spring and jumped all those hoops to clean the plumbing system and tank. We pop the drain plug out after every trip now. Much easier to avoid that then clean it up after!
We bought the simple trailer with RL new in 2012 and so far we have been blessed with mostly routine maintenance, nothing major. Everything from hooking up to backing up can be done with one person with the exception of leveling on site. I really wouldn’t mind a few more ‘amenities’ with the next one!
