Wet carpets

I have the same problem on both sides of my living room slide. However, mine is parked. I think the problem was part of the exterior vertical rubber seal had pulled away. The rain water was coming down and seeping between the bottom the slide floor and frame, then traveling inside and accumulating just behind the corner (i had to pull off a flimsy piece of trim to see it) then getting soaked up by the carpet. The same think was happening on both sides. One side still accumulates a little water so I took a micro fiber cloth rolled it up real tight and stuck it down where the water was accumulating. (Temporary fix). I also got on the roof and put duct tape over the end of the seal outside.
