We are currently living in our Bullet 30REPR full time, we use the laundry chute all the time and love it. There are 3 of us and we keep a large basket in there. We pull it out and take it to the place to have it done.
We like it because it keeps the laundry out of the inside, saves space inside and keeps things neat. Then, I just go outside and pull the basket and stick it in the car. I don't have to drag it through the hall and front door.
BTW, I insulated the pass through on ours. I used 1in foil backed rigid foam. In the winter we kept getting moisture under the mattress due to the huge temperature difference between the unheated pass through and the insides.
For us it works, we are parked in the same space all the time, have been for 9 months. I keep the things I want to get at near the outside of the pass through, things I don't need in the middle.
But keep in mind, my power cord, sewer hose, etc are all being used and not stored.
