Hi Mike, sorry to hear about the troubles. My guess would be the thermal couple, since it's obvious you have propane in the lines. I don't have experience replacing a thermal coupleNJ on an RV water heater so don't know what all that would entail. But in residential appliances is not that expensive, though sometimes a bit awkward to work on.
