Because you see fluid leaking under the trailer and after you emptied the black tank you did not see it again does not mean it might have leaked. Maybe alittle more information would help. Water can collect under the trailer on top of the belly pan from rain water driven into it while traveling or even parked. A/C run off could also. Even rain water while parked. That same water may have been pushed out as you drove to the dump site. So, if the fluid is for sure is black water, it may have leaked. Do you know for sure it was black water.
