Yes it is. The issue I was facing was the need for a small compressor that would fit in the available space and still provide enough volume to be usable for inflating (topping off) tires at 80PSI. I have a 6 gal pancake, but if I put it in the front storage, I'd have to take out either the lawn chairs or the grill or possibly the screen house ??? Nah, I'd have to make a trip back home if I forgot those three things, which is why I was looking for a small, reliable compressor with a usable SCFM rating... YMMV.
