I've been "arguing" with Mother Nature all day today (and she's winning)... Late yesterday I moved a 5' drift away from the house and cleared the driveway. This morning it was right back where it was. I moved it again this morning and "that old biddy" has already moved it back again. I'm going to wait until tomorrow morning to move it "hopefully one last time"..... The wind is supposed to change direction tonight, so that should help with the drifting. All told, I've moved about 100' of 5' drifts (two times), cleared 2+ feet from the drive and plowed the road (about 800') that was drifted well over 5' deep. And, from the looks of it all, I might as well have just stayed inside and watched the trees bend in the wind.....
80 degrees, eh? Must be nice, but we all know that when it's 80 up here, you'll be over 90 (maybe over 100) with 100% humidity. Every location has its good and bad, but dang it, it's time for a change !!!!!
