I did not get a definitive answer. Tire dealer felt 95 psi was acceptable, keystone referred me to rim mfg. No reply back from them. I am running 90 psi with the Carlisle Radial Trail HD's. ST235/85R16, LRF, max pressure is 95 psi, speed rated at 75 mph.
Did a 5,000 mile trip this past July to Texas with temps averaging 90 and hitting 100+ degrees. It was only when temps we're in high 90's or higher that tire temps and pressures increased to where I was concerned & I dropped my speed to low 60's. Rest of the trip I maintained 68-70 mph.
Tires did great. The 5th pulled better than the softer OEM tire. More planted and more stable. The upgrade was worth the price.
