We have a Bullet 269RLS which is pretty much the same as yours when it comes to length and width. I pull it with a '10 Silverado 1500 5.3 Diablo tune and just swapped out the 3.08s for 3.73s. I haven't pulled it yet since the switch but should make a decent difference! I use an equalizer hitch and air bags.
Last season was the first with it and it towed alright. I still haven't found the best pressure for the bags yet but I do have to redo the hitch from when the dealer initially set it up.
We put about 1000 miles on it last season and their were times you didn't know it was back there and others when you could feel it but I also had it in 25 mph winds! I'd like to step up to a 1 ton eventually but I'm happy with the setup for now!
