If you use KOA often enough, they will actually renew your membership free of charge. That is our case. We had used KOA so many times last year that we were automatically renewed. We get 10% off each time we camp, and after accumulating a certain amount of points, we get free nights. We just returned from KOA Santa Fe (rated 5 by us). We were there for 8 nights, and two of them were free, one because they were running a special promotion, one because of points we had accumulated. KOA is great if you do a lot of road trips. We are also Good Sam members.
