Yes, I am very pleased with the 6.4. About 67k on it now and have been thinking about getting a 1 ton and diesel because we keep thinking we will get a larger trailer (probably a 5th wheel) but can't find anything that we like better than what we have and therefore no reason to upgrade the truck. Usually I would just buy a newer truck because that is what I do but I really like this truck (IF they had not moved the rear camera to the rearview mirror instead of the 8.4 monitor because I have a bed camera - so log that).

Our trailer gvw is 10k and we run in the 92-9500 lb range loaded. The 6.4 takes it in stride, even in the mountains. I've ran 6-7% grades without issue. Pulling the grades I use tow/haul, lock out the OD gears and it will run about 3500 rpm in 3rd (I believe) and keep at 50-55+. IMO you can't go wrong with the 6.4 in a 3/4 ton if you aren't pulling a very large trailer. My payload is 3190.
