Yep, it all works out to about 600 lbs of payload loss in the Cummins no matter which trim line you buy. When someone buys a "Limited" version of a Ram 2500 with "all the bells and whistles" and are serious about towing, they should recognize that payload will be severely reduced. That's when a 1 ton vehicle becomes more practical.
