A/C No High Speed

I have a 2011 Keystone Larado 291TG.

My A/C unit runs ok on low speed fan but when I switch the fan to High it stops running. No fan or A/C. also if the A/C is off and I switch the fan from AUTO...

I turned mine 180 degrees, Took out the two bolts under the rubber plugs turned and installed the bolts. Now I have about 1 inch clearance.

I also use the cans of foam and caulk to seal up the bottom of the camper, I also use steel wool to fill any holes that I did not want to fill with foam or caulk, say between the bottom of the camper...
