If you only have 1 drain outlet that you hook the hose to, then you should have 3 separate valves. As stated, you may have to look underneath to find it.

If it’s 3 glass doors, it’s “hung” from the top. You’ll have to lift the top off and then insert the panel from the end. Often times the top rail is only siliconed in place.

Not trying to defend the Air360, but I have seen very few issues with it.

There isn’t any control on the thermostat to operate the FURNACE fan without the flame. You can operate the AC fan without the compressor.
