Good points on possible freeze ups, etc. My rear AC stopped blowing cold air at end of last trip so need to look into if this is what indeed is happening on next trip. Only one of my outlets directly...

Fixed the link. I also added descriptions to each of the pics in the link so click on the "i" button after opening a pic for info about it as you look at each pic/video.

The vents in the living room have good flow now. Today it is warm, muggy, partially overcast day and first time ever the AC's have really cycled on...

I don't think a "raceway" design is a good idea...

I don't think a "raceway" design is a good idea either. If one AC is off that adds a lot of volume to try and pressurize and don't think you see this in residential/commerical either but not sure.
